WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR THE Sleepaway Camp PROGRAM?
Registration: US$100 Registration Fee
Program: US$500 at the time of registration.
Remaining amount to be collected in installments until July 15, 2027.
The slots are non-transferable.
We know that there are still several months until summer 2027 and that plans can change. Therefore, we want to inform you about our cancellation policy:
No cancellation fee will be applied if the cancellation occurs before March 30, 2027.
From March 31, 2026 to May 30, 2027, a cancellation fee of 25% of the season price will be applied.
From May 31, 2027, until 30 days before the start of the season, a cancellation fee of 50% of the season price will apply. If the cancellation occurs within 30 days before the start of the season, a fee of 100% of the season price will apply.
In case of cancellation, the amount to be refunded can be used as credit for the 2028 seasons.
The US$100 registration fee is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
Cancellations due to health reasons or force majeure will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
