REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT SCHEME
Registration: US$25 Registration Fee
Program: US$200 at the time of registration. Remaining amount to be collected in installments until May 30, 2027. An additional fee of 2.5% will be applied to payments made with credit cards. The slots are non-transferable.
POLÍTICAS DE CANCELACIÓN
Sabemos que aún quedan varios meses para el verano del 2026 y que los planes pueden cambiar. Por eso queremos informarles sobre la política de cancelación:
No se aplicará fee de cancelación si la cancelación ocurre antes del día 30 de Marzo de 2026.
Desde el día 31 de Marzo 2026 se aplicará un fee de cancelación de US$100.
Si la cancelación ocurre 14 días antes del inicio de semana se aplicará un fee de cancelación de US$200.
Si la cancelación ocurre una semana antes del inicio de la Semana o durante la semana que participa el campista se aplicará un fee de cancelación de US$300.
En caso de cancelación podrán usar el monto como crédito para las temporadas del 2027.
El monto de US$25 de Registro no es reembolsable en caso de cancelación.
Los casos de cancelación por motivos de salud o por causa de fuerza mayor serán considerados caso por caso.

At KeyBees Camp, our campers have the opportunity to experience the program through day camp, extreme camp, and sleepover camp; as campers, counselors in training (CITs), or guides. We are so happy to see this wonderful summer community grow year after year. Thank you!
REGISTER
WEEK CHANGE POLICIES
Week changes will be accepted up to 14 days before the initially registered week at no cost.
If the week change occurs between 13 and 8 days before the start of the initially registered week, a change fee of US$100 will apply.
If the week change occurs 7 days before the registered week, a change fee of US$200 will apply.
Weekly changes will be subject to availability
